PHOENIX — A 9-year-old girl has died, and four other people, including three kids, were taken to hospitals after a rollover crash along I-17 near Peoria Avenue on Sunday morning.
The crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
Video from the scene showed one vehicle on its roof at the end of the Peoria Avenue on-ramp. Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say it was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say a 1-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, and an 11-year-old boy were taken to hospitals for treatment. Their current conditions are not known.
A 9-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene. DPS says she was sharing a seatbelt with a sibling before the collision and was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, a 30-year-old woman, was also taken to a hospital but has since been released. She was booked into jail on one count of manslaughter and four counts of child abuse, according to DPS.
Speed and impairment are suspected in the crash.
Northbound I-17 was closed at Peoria Avenue for several hours, but the freeway has since reopened.
