Phoenix police are investigating a shooting that left a man with serious injuries.
Just before noon Friday, police were called to the area of 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived they located a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Police are investigating what led to the shooting and have not identified any suspects.
No other details have been provided.
