PHOENIX — Twenty people are out of their homes after an apartment fire in west Phoenix Monday night.
Phoenix fire officials say they were called to the fire around 8 p.m. near 67th Avenue and Indian School Road.
When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke and fire in one unit of a five-unit, two-story complex.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is not yet known, but it is under investigation.
