16-year-old found safe after Turquoise Alert issued for pacific islander girl in Mesa

MESA, AZ — The Department of Public Safety issued a statewide Turquoise Alert on Sunday for a 16-year-old girl who was last seen near Dobson and Broadway roads on November 1 around 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, officials announced Yolyn Hermios returned safely to her home and is uninjured.

Hermios was last seen on foot in a black shirt, black shoes and red shorts.

She is described as 4'11", 110 pounds, with brown hair with green faded highlights and brown eyes.
