SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Los Angeles-based Innovative Dining Group, which operated Sushi Roku for 15 years in Old Town Scottsdale, is returning to the Valley with an award-winning steakhouse concept.
In the first half of 2026, IDG is expected to open Arizona’s first location of BOA Steakhouse in Old Town Scottsdale.
BOA will be opening in the former STK location at 7134 E Stetson Drive in Scottsdale. STK recently relocated to a space on Scottsdale Road.
