MESA, AZ — One person is dead after a crash in Mesa on Saturday, according to fire crews.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash happened on westbound Loop 202 near milepost 10. DPS has not said what led up to the crash.
Mesa Fire says a vehicle was found heavily damaged, with one person inside who died on the scene.
The ramp connecting westbound Loop 202 to northbound Loop 101 was closed while troopers investigated.
