PHOENIX — Arizona has reported a new record high number of confirmed coronavirus cases.
On Wednesday morning, health officials reported an additional 4,878 new cases of COVID-19 since Tuesday, bringing the total number of known cases to 84,092.
The record comes on the same day that Vice President Mike Pence is set to visit Phoenix to meet with Governor Ducey about coronavirus.
