Labor Day weekend is practically here, and we are hoping many of you get some time off and score some deals too!
MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS:
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Phoenix is thanking veterans, active duty U.S. military, and first responders (active duty police, fire, and EMT) with FREE admission to the waterpark this Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (August 30 - September 2). Additionally, up to six immediate family members will score half-off admission, $22.99 plus tax during the special weekend. Make sure you have your government-issued ID's or badges handy. This weekend event will be called, "Salute to Heroes" Labor Day Weekend Celebration.
The fine print: One free admission per ID per day. All tickets must be used on day of distribution only. Must have a valid government-issued ID or badge.
The hours: The waterpark will be open from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. both Saturday and Monday. Then Sunday, September 1, it's open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. with a stunning free fireworks shows beginning at 7:45 p.m. The park is open weekends in September and October from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in October until October 13.

Running September 2 - 30, diners can buy any entree, and take a second entree to go for 50 percent off at Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill. Just mention it to your server when you dine in. We were told that you can purchase any entree you want to enjoy there, and then you'll have several selected entrees to choose from for the second and discounted to-go meal.
The Vig has multiple locations, and on Labor Day, diners will enjoy 25 percent off lunch or dinner.
