It's a little like Cyber Monday, but without the Thanksgiving leftover hangover. So we'll call it Christmas in July?
Monday, July 10 at 9 p.m. you can start taking advantage of Prime Day deals! Amazon Prime Day is actually Tuesday, July 11 -- 30 straight hours of discounted merchandise!
Prime Day consists of deals just for Prime members. According to Amazon:
We’re bringing you hundreds of thousands of deals, new deals starting as often as every five minutes, and special offers across everything included with Prime-from music and video to reading and voice shopping.
So which items will have the deepest discounts? According to Deal News, "While many of the Prime Day deals will be a surprise, you can pretty much count on solid discounts for Amazon-brand products - especially anything new. This year, those new things include the latest Fire HD 8 Tablet iteration and the Echo Show."
But that doesn't mean there aren't other brands with hot sales. Just look at the stats in these categories!
Toys: Over 2 million sold during Prime Day 2016
Shoes: Over 1 million pairs sold
Headphones: Over 200,000 sold
TVs: Over 90,000 sold
