A total of 22 locations are offering free meals to low-income children throughout the Valley this summer.

Children, ages 1 to 18, can take advantage of the free breakfast and lunch program offered by the Glendale Elementary School District.

Adults can also receive meals at these locations, but they will cost $3.50 and must be paid with exact change.

This USDA-funded program starts Tuesday and runs through the end of July, with times varying at each location.
