PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating after a body was found in the lake at Cesar Chavez Park Sunday morning.
Police tell ABC15 the original report came in just before 8:15 a.m. from someone who saw a person floating in the lake.
Details are very limited at this point, but Phoenix police are investigating.
