PHOENIX — Authorities say an unknown powder found in a downtown Phoenix building Tuesday night contained dangerous drugs - including meth.

Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to a building near Central Avenue and Washington after an unknown substance was found in the mail room.

Fire crews said four people were temporarily quarantined until hazmat crews determined the substance was determined to be "non-contaminate and non-explosive."

Earlier in the day, firefighters in Tempe responded to an SRP facility after a powder there was found in the mail room. It was later determined to be a "food product."
