But because the concert was postponed and not canceled, most ticket holders won't get refunds. Big ticket sellers likeTicketmaster, StubHuband Vivid Seats have similar policies.
If concerts are canceled, you'll get a full refund. If they are postponed and rescheduled, you won't get money back in most cases. Ticketmaster says postponed refunds can only happen if they've "been approved by the artist."
If you can't make the newly scheduled date, you may have to resell the tickets yourself.
Still, I would push the sellers to make refunds anyway. We were able to get refunds for two people when a different concert was postponed.
