Did you ever buy a SquareTrade protection plan you see on Amazon?

A class-action lawsuit alleges plan terms were hidden, including forced arbitration.

A settlement means if you bought a plan between April 2012 and October 2018, you could get a refund and a $10 coupon.

But Scott Hardy with Topclassactions.com says with this settlement; you have another choice.

If you object to being part of the settlement, you may still have a chance to sue SquareTrade in the future.

The deadline to opt out is May 22, 2019.
