A Phoenix man is accused of molesting his neighbor's young child.
Phoenix police report that on June 21 they were called to a home near 7th Street and Southern Avenue.
They talked with a woman who said her son, who is under 10 years old, was molested by a neighbor, 47-year-old Jorge Mario Albizures Alegria.
Police located and arrested Alegria the next day after he reportedly confessed to the crime.
He's being held on a $100,000 bond for kidnapping and child molestation.
