PHOENIX — A man is in custody after police say he allegedly killed a woman early Friday morning in south Phoenix.
It happened around 3:40 a.m. at a home near 19th Avenue and Buckeye Road.
Officers say when they got to the house, they found a woman dead inside.
The man was taken to the local hospital and later taken to jail.
Police haven’t shared their names yet or said what led up to the violence.
