Fired Pie is tossing the east Valley some more saucy, meaty, cheesy love.
The locally-based pizza chain is opening its newest location this month on Dobson Road and the Loop 202. Dec.18 is the tentatively scheduled opening day.
Fired Pie is known for its unique approach to pizza making, by allowing the customer to "build" the pie by choosing from a variety of dough, sauces and toppings.
The company is holding a job fair Tuesday, Dec. 6 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. to staff the new shop, however the fair will be held at the Tempe location.
Fired Pie plans to hire 70 people, mostly for the Mesa location, but some positions will be for the other 15 Fired Pie locations all over the Valley. The new shop will be its18th in Arizona, two are located in Tucson.
Positions include front of the house staff, managers and shift leads.
