It is produced by C3 Presents, the producers of "Lollapalooza" in Chicago and "Austin City Limits" in Austin, Texas.
Earlier this year, Superfly, another major festival producer, pulled the plug on the Lost Lake Festival, which was slated to return to Phoenix for a second year.
