Lost Lake Festival in downtown Phoenix won't be returning to the Valley for a second year after all, according to a statement posted on their website.

Sources tell ABC15 the fall music festival, which was slated for Oct. 19-21 at Steele Indian School Park, was canceled due to poor ticket sales.

In April, the organizers announced the festival lineup, which included more than 40 bands and artists like Imagine Dragons, The Chainsmokers, SZA, Nas, Jimmy Eat World and Third Eye Blind.

Aside from the music performances, dozens of local restaurants, breweries and artists were also booked for this year’s event.

Tickets first went on sale April 26 and were being released in a three-tier system — meaning when the first tier sold out, the price for tickets would go up.

It’s unclear if the festival will return in the future.

Organizers say tickets purchased would be automatically refunded within 7-10 days.
