Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibit at Heard Museum extended through Labor Day, September 4

If you have not visited the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibit at the Heard Museum, you have some more time.

The museum announced Wednesday on its Facebook page that the exhibit will now be on display through Labor Day, September 4. It was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, August 20.

"The response to the exhibit has been tremendous and we are pleased that by extending the dates even more people will have the opportunity to experience these masterworks," the museum wrote on Facebook.

More than 30 works by the famed Mexican artists and 70 photographs are on display at the museum. The Heard Museum is the only stop in North America the exhibit will make.

General museum admission is $7.50 to $18 per person. To cost to see the Frida Kahlo exhibit is an additional $7.
