PHOENIX — Just in case you needed a gentle reminder, Easter is nearly two weeks away. Have you made your brunch or dinner reservations yet?

If not, no worries! Several restaurants, hotels and resorts will be open on Easter -- Sunday, April 21 -- with special buffets, prix fixe menus and activities. We've rounded up as many as we could find.

Looking for Easter egg hunts? We've got that, too! There are 15 Easter egg hunts happening this weekend and next weekend around the Valley.

Jake's Unlimited: From April 19-22, the Mesa entertainment venue will have an all-day all-you-can-eat buffet, rides, attractions, video games and bowling for $25.99 per person. Address: 1830 E. Baseline Rd., Mesa, AZ 85204. More information.

Dave and Busters Tempe Marketplace: On Saturday, April 20, families can play games, eat at a breakfast buffet, and meet the Easter Bunny. For those 21 and older, the ticket does include the mimosa station. It also includes a $10 PowerCard, egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny and arts and crafts. Cost is $23.50 per person. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar: Fleming's will open for Easter brunch at 10 a.m. Adults and kids will be able to choose an appetizer, an entree and a dessert from a special Easter menu. Dishes included eggs Benedict, steak and vegetarian quiche, colossal shrimp tempura, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and Brioche French Toast. The cost starts at $16 for kids and $30 for adults. Easter at the Princess: The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess will have an Alice in Wonderland-inspired Easter celebration on April 21. Brunch will feature eggs Benedict, house-smoked salmon, and tastes from the resort's signature restaurants: Ironwood American Kitchen, Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda and Toro. Diners will be able to visit Bunnyland, where there will be egg hunts, activities and entertainment. The cost is $54 for children and $119 for adults (tax and service charge additional). 24 Carrots Natural Café and Juice Bar: From 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 24 Carrots will have a picnic-style vegan buffet with pulled jackfruit and artichoke sandwiches, deviled "taters," and a handful of sides, such as baked beans, potato wedges and a salad. The Arizona Biltmore: The Phoenix resort has a few Easter dining options. Wright’s at the Biltmore will have Easter brunch from 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. with wild berry-ginger pancakes, prickly pear BBQ glazed ham, and a doughnut wall. The cost is $45 for children and $105 for adults. Frank & Albert’s will host a breakfast buffet, Bloody Mary bar and mimosa bar from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. The cost is $10 for children and $28 for adults. Instead of afternoon tea, the resort will have Mad Hatter Tea with pastries, cakes and sandwiches. There are three seatings between noon and 2 p.m. The cost is $37.50 for children and $75 for adults.

J&G Steakhouse (The Phoenician): A special three-course Easter menu will be available from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. Highlights include seared scallops, roasted Jidori chicken, and roasted lamb loin. For dessert, a choice of vanilla lemon crème brûlée, fresh strawberries or chocolate cake. The cost is $55 per person. Reservations are highly recommended. The regular dinner menu will also be available.

Keeler's Neighborhood Steakhouse: From 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Keeler's in Carefree will have Easter brunch. The menu features a prime rib carving station, prime rib sliders, shrimp cocktail and oysters, pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, green chile pork Chilaquiles, and lobster Bruschetta. The cost is $19 for children and $49 for adults. From 5 p.m. - 8 p.m., they will have a prix fixe dinner menu ($70 per person). Options include Pan-seared half rack of lamb, 12-ounce prime filet mignon, twin lobster tails, and pan-seared sea bass. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant.

Match Restaurant and Lounge: The Phoenix restaurant will have Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Diners will be able to nosh on avocado toast ($12), Huevos Rancheros ($12), salmon salad ($15) or red velvet pancakes topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and white chocolate chips ($12). Ocean Prime: Smoked salmon, French toast, lobster toast, crab and eggs, and braised Short Rib surf and turf make up Ocean Prime's Easter brunch menu. Prices range from $15-$24. Rusconi's American Kitchen: For $59, diners can choose an appetizer, entree and dessert from Rusconi's Easter brunch menu. Entrees include cast iron short rib hash, steak and eggs, Blue Crab and Arizona Desert Sweet Shrimp Benedict, blackberry glazed pork loin, braised spring lamb shank, pan roasted California halibut, and grilled beef tenderloin. Tempo Urban Bistro: The Buckeye restaurant will have a buffet on Easter. There are three seating times: 10:30 a.m., noon, and 1:30 p.m. There will be an omelet station, prime rib, baked glazed ham, Bananas Foster French toast, roasted citrus chicken, and a shrimp cocktail bar. The Market by Jennifer's: From 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., the Phoenix restaurant will have a special Easter brunch menu. Highlights include chicken and biscuits, Ricotta pancakes, avocado toast, and apricot Riesling glazed ham and eggs. Dishes range from $12-$28. Tres Tempe Restaurant: Tres will open at 10 a.m. for Easter brunch. The culinary lineup includes Tres Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Tres Frittata, Herb scrambled eggs, Spanish Paella, meat and cheese boards, and fruit. The cost is $16 for children and $32 for adults. Organ Stop Pizza: How does pizza sound for Easter? Organ Stop will have an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet on Easter Sunday. The cost is $10 for kids and $12 for adults. Voila French Bistro: The French restaurant will have a three-course prix fixe meal on Easter Sunday. Brunch will be offered from 10 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. The menu features Quiche Lorraine, Croque Madame, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, and Beef Bourguignon. The cost is $20 for kids (two courses, main and dessert) and $49 for adults. Adults also get a choice of champagne, a mimosa or glass of wine. Reservations recommended.

Hotel Valley Ho: Zuzu, the hotel's signature restaurant, will have a prime rib carving station and made-to-order omelets part of its Easter buffet from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The buffet is $19 for children and $65 for adults. The restaurant will also have a brunch menu from 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the restaurant, (480) 421-7997. Mountain Shadows: Hearth '61 will have an Easter brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dishes include smoked salmon, omelets, a prime rib carving station, and seasonal salads. There will also be an Easter egg hunt at 9 a.m. that diners can participate in. The buffet cost is $19 for children and $79 for adults. Reservations must be made. Mastro's Steakhouse: Mastro's will have an Easter buffet from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The selections include crab cakes, Egg Benedicts, prime beef, omelets, lobster mashed potatoes, lobster bisque, smoked and roasted salmon, among other items. The cost is $25 for kids and $95 for adults (includes unlimited mimosas and Bloody Mary's). Brunch will only be served at Mastro's Steakhouse. There is no Easter brunch at City Hall or Ocean Club.

Royal Palms Resort and Spa: There are two dining options for Easter at the Royal Palms Resort. T. Cooks will have a prix fixe plated brunch from 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. The cost is $45 for children and $95 for adults. The other option is a traditional Easter buffet from 9 a.m - 2 p.m. The cost is $35 for children and $85 for adults. Reservations can be made on OpenTable or by calling the restaurant, 602-283-1234. Wrigley Mansion: There are two brunch seatings on Easter at Wrigley Mansion, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Diners can expect chef-manned food stations, including prime rib and lamb. Coinciding with brunch, there will be two Easter egg hunts at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. The cost of brunch is $45 for children and $85 for adults. Hash Kitchen: From April 19-22, Hash Kitchen will have special Easter offerings, including Brown sugar ham hash with carved ham, Tomaso’s famous lasagna, Panettone French toast, Lump crab Benedict, and roasted turkey hash. Dishes range between $17-19. Hash Kitchen does not have reservations. They do get busy, especially on weekends. Get there early and be prepared to wait. Padre Murphy's: The Glendale Irish Pub will have an Easter brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m - 2:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday. The menu includes made-to-order omelets, banana-stuffed French toast, deviled eggs, baked ham, fruit, chicken marsala, blackened salmon, and other items. Different Pointe of View: The signature restaurant at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort sits 1,800 feet above the Valley. On Easter Sunday, they will have a brunch buffet from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Some of the menu highlights are slow-roasted prime rib, roasted lamb, vanilla-pecan scented waffles, and Frittatas. The cost is $45 for children and $70 for adults. You do need to have a reservation. Those can be made by calling the restaurant, 602-866-6350 ext. 7200. Easter Dining at Rico's American Grill: The Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort will have made-to-order omelet stations, carving stations with prime rib and baked ham, plus salads and desserts at its Easter buffet, April 21. There are three seating times: 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. The cost is $25 for children, $49 for seniors, and $55 for adults. Reservations can be made via phone, 602-997-5850. More information.

AJ's Fine Foods: For those who do not want to cook or go out, you can order the Easter meal from AJ's. However, you will have to be quick as orders must be placed by April 14. They have six dinner options,including a spiral-sliced ham, leg of lamb, Beef Wellington, rib eye roast, a traditional turkey dinner or pork crown roast. The dinners feed 6-8 and cost between $130-$220. AJ's will be open on Easter Sunday from 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. More information.

Liberty Station American Tavern & Smokehouse: On Easter Sunday, Liberty Station will have brunch and dinner specials. From 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., the restaurant will serve brunch. Specials include smoked fried chicken with cornbread pancakes ($26) or Lobster Benny ($24). They will also have bottomless mimosas and Smoked Bacon Bloody Mary's available for $12. For dinner, specials include a Jumbo Prawn Cocktail ($18), smoked and seared lamb ($38), or twin lobster tails ($36). True Food Kitchen: True Food will have its regular brunch menu on Easter Sunday. However, they're adding one specialty item, Strawberry Quinoa Pancakes ($11). There are two locations in the Valley: Arizona Biltmore, 2502 E Camelback Road in Phoenix, and Scottsdale Quarter, 15191 N Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale. More information.

Pomelo at the Orchard: Pomelo will serve brunch from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Its Easter specialties include a frittata, sweet cream crepes, and crab cake Benedict. Postino: The local restaurant chain will be open for brunch on Easter Sunday and will have $5 glasses of rose all day. They have six locations in the Valley. More information.
