PHOENIX — Two teen girls are dead after a Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) rollover crash Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to a desert area near 64th Street and Pinnacle Peak Road just after 2 p.m. for reports of a serious crash.
When officers arrived, they found the vehicle upside down.
Both girls, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old, were pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
It is currently unknown what led to the crash.
This incident remains under investigation.
