PHOENIX — A pedestrian has been transported to the hospital in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle near 7th Avenue and West Portland Street, according to Phoenix police.
Roosevelt Street is closed from 5th Avenue to 9th Avenue in both directions following the crash, police say.
Additionally, 7th Avenue is closed at Portland Street.
The investigation is ongoing.
