APACHE JUNCTION, AZ — A man was hit and killed along US-60 in the Apache Junction area early Friday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, officials received a report of a man lying in the left lane of the highway near Meridian Road.
DPS says the victim was struck by a vehicle and killed.
The investigation is ongoing and eastbound road restrictions are in place.
No further information has been released.
