We are back again with your weekly Phoenix Rising win streak article.
If you thought Phoenix Rising was going to lose their win streak this past weekend, boy where you wrong! The team grabbed themselves a 2-1 win against El Paso Locomotive, extending their win streak to 13 consecutive wins.
The Rising got things started after a goal from Jose Aguinaga in the 22nd minute. His first goal of 2019 in a Rising uniform.
El Paso Locomotive evened out the playing field after scoring their first and only goal of the match in the 26th minute.
Then in the 73rd minute, Soloman Asante took the lead and scored off of a penalty kick.

Phoenix Rising forges on into this week as they take on Reno 1868 FC this Friday for Dollar Beer Night.
