PHOENIX — Have you heard of kolache before?
It's a popular and traditional pastry in the Czech Republic that is typically filled with sweet or savory fillings, such as sweet fruits or eggs, meat, and vegetables.
The Kolache Cafe opened earlier this year. Due to the high demand, they have to temporarily close to polish some of their processes and upgrade the kitchen. They've since reopened.
