WATCH: Local experts, advocates discuss the importance of the Latino vote in Arizona

About 24 percent of eligible voters in Arizona are Latinos, putting Arizona among the top five states in the country for Latino eligible voters, according to the Pew Research center.

Arizona is considered a battleground state, meaning it could determine the outcome of the presidential election. To continue with our promise of giving people a voice, ABC15 will be hosting a town hall focused on the power of the Latino vote.

A group of local non-partisan experts will join ABC15's Liliana Soto to talk about the importance of the Latino vote, voting safely during the pandemic, voting registration, important dates to remember, issues Latinos are facing and where to find resources for voting information.

The panelists will include:

  • Montserrat Arredondo, One Arizona
  • Luis Avila, Director of Aqui se Vota
