PHOENIX If you’ve watched Positively Arizona, you know the team has a blast traveling to unique places around the Valley each week.

For National Arizona Day (June 21), Hailey, Adam, Chloe and J wanted to share some of their top spots that you should check out.

Agritopia
You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back into a simpler time when you visit this quaint neighborhood, nestled in the town of Gilbert. It’s a farming community and each resident takes part in maintaining the community garden. What’s grown in the garden is then sold at the community grocery store and used in the restaurants. Hailey Frances recommends stopping by Joe’s Farm Grill for a bite to eat if you’re in the area.

Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park
It all started with a dream by owner Mickey Olson and now the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park houses over 6,000 animals. You can wear birds, feed giraffes or even get kissed by an otter! Chloe Mar did, and she’s still talking about it to this day.

Pinal Airpark
Who knew a graveyard for planes could be so cool?! Adam Waltz got to check out the public airport north of Tucson and go inside some of the grounded planes. One even had a Skymall from 1997! Believe it or not, Pinal Airpark is fully functioning and has flights coming in and out every day.

West Wind Drive-In
Load the family up in the station wagon and see two movies for under $10. Arizona’s only drive-in theater opened up in 1979 and has been showing films ever since. J Russell was blown away by their digital projection system, saying its come a long way since he ran the projection booth at his high school.

Four Peaks Brewery
Grab a beer after work at this classic Arizona brewery. The brewery doubles as a restaurant and serves up food that complements their selection of craft beer. Back in the day, the warehouse used to be a recording studio for musicians like the Gin Blossoms. Hailey Frances recommends asking the person working in the gift shop to show you where they used to lay down the tracks.
