PHOENIX — If you were standing on the corner in Winslow, Arizona, you would not be far from the world's best-preserved meteor impact site!

The collision rocked Arizona 50,000 years ago with the energy of more than 20 million tons of TNT!

The world famous Meteor Crater was closed to the public during the stay-at-home order. Now that the order has been lifted, the site will reopen on May 21, 2020.
