Trader Joe’s is pulling fresh salads from store shelves across Arizona because they may contain pieces of glass or hard plastic.

The grocery store issued the recall on Saturday, saying their White Meat Chicken Salad, Curried White Chicken Deli Salad and Turkey Cranberry Apple Salad may have “foreign matter” in them.

The recall was issued in multiple states, including California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Louisiana.

The recalled salads have the use-by date codes from Nov. 10 through Nov. 21 and U.S.D.A. inspected code P-40299.

Products with different inspected codes are produced in separated facilities and were not affected by the recall.

If you’ve purchased any of these fresh salads with the affected codes immediately throw it away or return it to any Trader Joe’s locations for a full refund.
