Spring is just around the corner. You're starting to get a taste of the warm weather and new restaurants are popping up all over the Valley.
It's the perfect recipe for a great night out.
One such restaurant, The Rogue Tomato, opens its doors Monday, Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. on N. 59th Ave. near Union Hills Dr. in Glendale.
It boasts "fresh, fun food influenced by the Sonoran Desert". Expect to experience flavors like citrus, pecans, mesquite, and chili pepper in their bistro-style dishes.
