Troopers used spike strips to stop a pursuit of a vehicle near Tonopah on Monday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
DPS said they were in pursuit of a car that failed to stop for a trooper on eastbound Interstate 10.
The car was spiked and then crashed into the median at milepost 96, DPS said.
Officials say the suspect suffered minor injuries from the collision and had to be extricated from the car.
It's unclear why the suspect fled from troopers.
Air15 showed multiple DPS units on scene with the suspect's vehicle covered in bushes in the median.
