The nearly 30 soldiers of Company F of the 2nd Battalion of the 285th Aviation Regiment provides tactical air traffic control and ground control approach radar services.

The company's yearlong deployment will be recognized at a send-off ceremony Friday at the Army aviation support facility at the Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix.
