Wednesday is National Purse Day, and a very special thrift boutique wants to celebrate with you.
The Assistance League Thrift Shop has done a purse drive with members and volunteers. They have collected more than 100 purses ranging from brands like Charming Charlie to Dooney & Bourke to Coach, everything from casual to evening, and all in great condition.
The prices range from $5 to $150. That's already a great deal, but...
THE DEAL:
If you go Wednesday and mention Smart Shopper, you're going to score half off your purse purchase! They're open until 4 p.m., so make sure to head in early in the day.
Plus, it's a win-win. When you shop, you actually donate. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to kids in the community, helping them get uniforms. Last March, they hit a milestone of providing 100,000 uniforms!

Fun Fact: When I chatted with the folks at Assistance League Thrift Shop, they told me they've won "Best-Smelling Thrift Shop" for three years.
They have about 100 volunteers who process every item, making sure they're washed, sewn and in pristine condition before they hit the floor or will be donated to another charity.
