Let's start right at the top of the pyramid, sugar!

Bashas’ will give you a sugar fill with their cold treats; half off ice cream bars and ice pops.

While you're there, stock up on 32-ounce bottles of Gatorade or 24-ounce bottles of Propel for 69 cents.

Prefer soda?

Safewayhas a digital coupon that'll get you two liters of Coke, Pepsi, and 7UP for 49 cents each.

Where's the meat?

Bashas’ has boneless, skinless chicken breast on sale for $1.39 per pound.

Food City has drumsticks and thighs for 57 cents per pound.

We can't forget the veggies.

Food City has five avocados or cucumbers for a buck.

Lots of fruit deals!

At Fry's Food peaches and nectarines are 77 cents per pound.

And cherries are $1.28 per pound. I've seen them as high as $6 per pound.

Bashas’ has them for $1.47.

Albertsons has red or green grapes for $.77 per pound.

Safeway has six ounces of blackberries for 87 cents each, more than $2 off.

Albertsons has jumbo cantaloupe for 88 cents per pound, another $2 off.

Finally grains, and by that, I mean Safeway has breakfast covered.

Pay 99 cents each for Quaker cereal, pancakes, granola bars and more!
