Computer classes

Are you disaster-prone with technology or maybe you just want to improve your computer skills?

Well put your wallet away because Fresh Start Women's Foundation offers basic computer classes throughout the month.

The next class is Thursday at 2 pm. You will need to register for the class online. The regular cost is $10 but if you mention Smart Shopper or ABC15 when you show up for class, it’s FREE!

And now that you've mastered your computer skills, reward yourself with free ice cream!

New Wave Market opens in old Town Scottsdale on Saturday, July 8th and they're celebrating just in time for National Ice Cream Month.

Show up Saturday and get a free mini ice cream cone.

IF YOU GO: 7120 E. 6th Ave. #20 Scottsdale

Opens Saturday, July 8, 2017
Tuesdays – Saturdays: 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Going from cool to hot...

Head over to the Scottsdale Pavilions Saturday from 4 p.m. - 11 p.m. for their weekly car show.

Hundreds of cars will fill the parking lot, plus you can drive your classic, muscle or luxury car onto the lot to show off too. And of course, it's free!

Free mammogram screenings

The NCLR Latino Family Expos is July 8 and 9 and that means free mammogram screenings.
The event is at the Phoenix Convention Center inside of the North Building from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days.
To qualify for the free screening you must be 35 or older, not breast feeding or pregnant and not have any current breast complaints or concerns. If you meet all of those requirements, you’ll want to call 888-233-6121 to schedule your appointment.
