Free Halloween events: here are five free things to do on Halloween in Phoenix

What are you doing to celebrate Halloween?  We have some fun, free alternatives to traditional door-to-door trick or treating.

MALLOWEEN

Desert Ridge Marketplace is having their annual Malloween event this Saturday, October 29th, from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

There will be store-to-store trick or treating, music and games.

MICHAELS

Michaels is having their Monster Bash on October 29th and 30th from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Kids can make a treat bag, there will be free face painting plus a trick or treat parade every 30 minutes.

These free festivities are happening at all of their valley locations.

BASHAS' HALLOWEEN PARTY

Valley-based Bashas' is holding Halloween celebrations on Oct. 29 at each of its 58 Arizona locations.

Kids are invited to stop by in their Halloween garb.  The supermarkets will have family-fun activities throughout their stores including trick-or-treating, free cookies and cider and photos.  There will also be cake decorating for $5 and caramel apple dipping for $3.

The free festivities are Saturday, October 29th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

KROCTOBER EVENT

Then on Monday, head over to the Kroc Center in Phoenix for their Kroctober event.

Families can trick or treat throughout the center on October 31, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. They will have thousands of pounds of free candy!

NATURAL GROCERS

Natural Grocers in Scottsdale is having a healthy Halloween party for kids on Halloween from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

They will have healthy snacks and treats, kids can make their own “spooky snack mix” and there will be face painting, a costume contest, games and more!
