Party City is celebrating with a clearance event through May 15. You'll find Cinco de Mayo party staples for up to 75-percent off. That includes plastic serving dishes, pitchers, shot glasses, straws and little paper umbrellas.
Taco Guild has the Cinco de Drinko party that features five alcohol vendors, plus music, prizes and food and drink specials. Among them: sweet potato red bean, blackened shrimp and carne asada tacos for $2.50 each; $6 Signature 1893 Margarita and house wines; and $1 off draft or bottled beers.
Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen is offering a Baja Blonde fish taco with a Phoenix Ale Brewery beer or an Uptown Rita margarita for $5.55.
Crujiente Tacos is open for extended hours, from noon to 11 p.m., the restaurant will serve Premier Cru margaritas for $5. Also, enjoy specials such as Korean fried chicken taco ($3.50) and tacos crujientes ($5) from 3 to 6 p.m. and 9 to 11 p.m.
Jake’s Unlimited will have a fiesta all day long on Cinco de Mayo. For the holiday, Jake’s all-you-can-eat Power Up buffet will include a taco bar, Mexican grilled corn, and menudo. Drink specials will also be running all day with Dos Equis drafts, Corona bottles, and frozen house margaritas for only $3. Jake’s Unlimited will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Cinco de Mayo. Brat Haus will host "Cinco de Sausage" on Saturday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. All-day food specials will include the Al Pastor Sausage with Charred Pineapple Mint salsa for $12, Pork Chorizo Verde Sausage with Blackened Shrimp for $14 and the Mexican Street Corn with Haus hot sauce, cotija, cilantro and lime for $6. Celebrate happy hour all day with $7 Mexican mule drinks and New Belgium’s brand new Mural Agua Fresca Cerveza on tap for $6 for a 10-ounce pour.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is pouring its seasonal takes on the traditional Horchata available for only $1 from Friday to Sunday from 2 pm until close.
