Surprise police negotiated for hours Monday evening to get a barricaded suspect out of a home, officials said.
Investigators said the suspect, 45-year-old Raul Aranda, fled from a domestic violence altercation at the same home near Bell Road and Grande Avenue earlier in the day, but he returned some time later and refused to come out.
