A 65-year-old man is behind bars accused of touching a young girl inappropriately.
According to Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, the victim told deputies Theodore Figgins, her uncle, touched her on March 18 at her grandmother's home in Sun City.
During a confrontation call, Figgins allegedly admitted to touching the girl and indicated he would do it again if the girl initiated it.
He was brought to MCSO headquarters for questioning, but quickly decided to not answer any questions, said MCSO.
He was arrested and booked into jail on one count of felony sexual conduct with a minor.
