Police are asking for the public’s help investigating a man’s death in Peoria.
On June 6, 53-year-old Steve Rivera was found dead in a wooded area near Thunderbird Road and 83rd Avenue.
According to Peoria Police, Rivera suffered serious head trauma and was believed to be living in the wooded area where he was killed.
The incident is believed to have happened sometime between June 5 and June 6.
A description of the suspect has not been provided. However, detectives will be combing through video surveillance in the area.
