Authorities are investigating after a person was shot in the West Valley Monday evening.
A Glendale police spokeswoman said officers responded to a residential area near 70th Avenue and Camelback Road around 7:30 p.m.
Officers found a man with a flesh wound, and say he was alert and talking before being taken to the hospital.
Police on the scene said the injury happened after a fight of some kind, and the victim said he did not want to press charges.
