A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after being struck by an SUV in Glendale Friday night.
The incident happened around 8:40 p.m. near 61st Avenue and Greenway Road.
Police say the accident is still under investigation, but say the motorcyclist may have been impaired.
The extent of the motorcyclist's injuries is unknown at this time. The occupants of the SUV were not hurt.
Greenway Road from 59th Avenue to 67th Avenue was shut down while crews worked to clear the scene.
