GLENDALE, AZ — Phoenix Police Department says an off-duty police officer was killed in a motorcycle crash Monday night.
The wreck happened near 95th Avenue and Cardinals Way in Glendale.
Police say 25-year-old Officer Blake Newman was riding his motorcycle when he hit a curb and lost control.
Phoenix officials say they are still working with Officer Newman’s family who is out of state.
