Emergency crews were called to the home near 67th Avenue and Camelback Road Monday around 3 p.m.

Firefighters say family members noticed the boy had been missing for around five minutes. When they went to look for the child, the boy's older sister found the toddler in the pool.

She pulled the boy from the pool, called 9-1-1 and started CPR.

Firefighters say the child remains in critical condition at this time.

This is one of two drowning calls reported in the Valley Monday afternoon.
