Tempe police need help finding a suspect allegedly linked to 16 Circle K robberies

TEMPE, AZ — At least sixteen Circle K convenience stores in Tempe have been robbed within the last six weeks and police are asking for the pubic's help to identify and find the suspect.

Police said the robberies occurred between Sept. 5 and Oct. 2, 2020.

The suspect tends to walk behind the counter wearing a mask, grabs cigarettes, and then puts them in a black or khaki-colored backpack. He has also pulled money out of the cash drop.

The suspect is believed to be between 30-35 years old and tall with a medium build. In the past, he has worn a red hat with the word "savage" on it or a black hat and sunglasses.

He has also been seen leaving inside a light-colored sedan, possibly a 1990s model Lexus LS400, according to Tempe police.
