A man has been taken into custody after the SWAT team was called into a Tempe neighborhood.
The situation happened Thursday morning near Smith Road and University Drive.
Video from the scene showed a man in handcuffs sitting in front of a house.
Tempe police said officials were serving a warrant at the house for a drug investigation.
