TEMPE — A man has potentially life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in the neck near Southern Avenue and Priest Drive in Tempe.
According to the Tempe Police Department, they responded to a call for a stabbing at an apartment in the area shortly before 10 a.m.
Details regarding the investigation are sparse at this time but Tempe police were able to say a 29-year-old man was stabbed in the neck.
Police will be in the area "for an extended period of time" as they investigate the scene of the stabbing.
