Police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday night in Tempe near Interstate 10 and Baseline Road.
Police say two cars were involved in an altercation while driving near Arizona Grand Parkway.
At some point, police say a man in a red vehicle shot at a man and woman in a silver vehicle. Police say the woman received minor cuts after the car window shattered, however no other injuries were reported.
Both vehicles stopped near I-10 and Baseline Road, where the suspect was taken into custody.
The suspect was identified Sunday as Montez Guido. He was booked for two counts of aggravated assault and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Police are now investigating what led up to the shooting.
