A Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokesperson says threats made toward Queen Creek High School are "not valid."
Officials said they learned of the threat Thursday afternoon.
Classes are set to go on as scheduled for Friday, but MCSO said they will be providing additional security measures on campus.
MCSO said the school is working to ensure a "safe learning environment to students and staff."
